If you're having trouble logging in, one of these common problems is likely the cause.
- Wrong password — The most common issue. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you're not sure, reset it using the Forgot Password flow above rather than guessing repeatedly.
- Account locked — Too many failed login attempts will temporarily lock your account. Wait 30 minutes and try again. If the lock persists, contact BDG Game support to unlock it manually.
- Slow loading or page not opening — Check your internet connection first. If your connection is fine, BDG Game may be under brief maintenance. Wait a few minutes and try again.
- OTP not arriving — If you're resetting your password and the OTP hasn't arrived, check that you entered the correct phone number. Also check that your number isn't blocking unknown SMS senders.
- App crashing on login — You may have an outdated version of the app. Head to the download page to get the latest APK and reinstall it.
